Pastor Glenn W. Rogers
In 1996, Pastor Glenn W. Rogers began preaching at Shiloh Baptist Church in Middletown, Connecticut. During his tenure at Shiloh, he served as Youth Pastor. The youth received guidance from him through his preaching and teaching. He also taught Sunday school for more than ten years. In 1996, he completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Theology degree at Christian Leadership Bible College Inc., in New Haven, Connecticut.
His anointing and spiritual gifts led him to elevated levels in Christ as he taught workshops for the Connecticut Congress of Christ. Pastor Rogers ministered in prisons and skilled nursing facilities. Through his visits to prisons, correspondence with prisoners, and counseling, his work was evident. In addition to visiting the elderly, he also provided counseling to those in nursing homes.
In 1998, Pastor Rogers moved to Charlotte, NC following the calling of Christ. He began his membership at Temple International Church, formally known as Temple Baptist Church, in Charlotte, NC, where he served as First Assistant to Bishop Kevin L. Long. With this auspicious position he carried out the duties for the Bishop when he was away. Elder Rogers also developed, taught, and guided the Evangelism Team, which resulted in many souls coming to Christ.
On January 11, 2004 the Holy Spirit led Pastor Rogers to start Living Water Ministries. As a new church planter in Charlotte, NC, he held his first service at the University Hilton, where fifteen of his first members attended. In 2007 he married the love of his life, Lady Tina Rogers.
After twelve years of pastoring, the Lord led Pastor Rogers into full-time evangelism efforts along with spreading God's word. As the founder and senior pastor of Living Water Ministries, Pastor Rogers is not only a preacher and teacher; he is a messenger of God with the love and desire to see God's plan come to fruition. In everything he does, he seeks God's face.
His pursuit is to know Christ more deeply and to help others grow in a closer relationship with Christ as well. He is most passionate about completing what God has for him in the upbuilding of the kingdom and seeing God glorified through it all.
Lady Tina Rogers
When Lady Tina Rogers was just sixteen years old, she was saved. Having grown up in the military, she has traveled extensively. Additionally, she studied business administration at Albany State University.
Tina is a woman that loves the Lord and desires to see all people born again. She has assisted her husband, Pastor Rogers through administration while they build Living Water Ministries through all means of ministry, (Evangelism and Outreach).
She also leads The Women’s Fellowship by encouraging the ladies to know their gifts and use them in spreading the work of God and supporting Gods vision on building the people up through basic godly conversation.
She has a heart of evangelism and strongly believes we are not to just speak the word of God but live the word of God to the fullest, to be the light for those in this dark world we live in, and strives to be the example for those she meets.
She continually seeks God’s face in all that she does as she grows closer to him, and her endeavor is to know Christ on a more personal level while assisting in helping others grow in a closer relationship with Christ.
Lady Tina’s greatest desire is to accomplish what God has for her and to see God be glorified through it all.
